Thank you for reaching out and for giving me the opportunity to share my feedback on the AINOTE Air 2.

Unfortunately, my experience with the product has not fully met my expectations. I found that some of the features and overall performance did not quite match what I had anticipated based on the product description. I was hoping for a bit more in terms of functionality and user experience.

This is a solid-quality device. Nice writing feeling and smooth operation. Issues I have with it right now are: it does not have an Arabic interface. In the Middle East, we use Arabic and English. It does support Arabic writing perfectly. Also, it lags when opening a new note or recording. And I can't find a way to uninstall the apps I installed.

There is a few positive things and there is a lot of area. It need to be improved one example the recording you have to have an Internet without Internet you cannot record that one second the templates templates you cannot upload any templates from outside using the application sometime you have your own templates. You need to upload it to use it. That’s another thing opening the air note it’s very slow it’s leaking behind so there is a lot of area that need to be improved to use it as a paper to write into it. It’s nice. It’s good. The feeling is nice but you cannot do anything part of that translations between the language to language. You need to have Internet we need to to put a lot of stuff that you can use it off-line I’m a pilot most of the time I’m in the aircraft we don’t have Internet and I would like to do a lot of stuff when I’m in the cockpit but I cannot utilise the tools because there is no Internet on the air
